Company coaching

Any good company or organization leadership team knows that positive thinking, emotionally stable and motivated employees are extremely important for the company. Whereas, personally troubled employees, especially those in leadership or managerial positions, while seemingly capable in their work, can have an extremely devastating, and demoralizing influence on the rest of the organization. 

 

My years of working for the U.S. government, and in the Czech Republic with various commercial and non-profit operations through the years has given me valuable insight and experience in this area.  As a natural leader, and experienced manager of both projects, programs and people I am able to support enlightened organizations.  Of course being discreet is a part of my role as a professional, which I take very, very seriously.

 

I offer Executive and Business Coaching in English in following forms:

 

• Support for Leaders and managers, and other employees in organizations with personal coaching and mentoring on an ad hoc or continuous basis, individually or in groups
• Support for organizational and operational challenges, change management and transitions through consultation, coaching and/or mentoring
• Customized seminars and seminar programs related to coaching and mentoring and organizational priorities if applicable
